A clear way to leave the waitlist.

During the current beta waitlist phase, you can ask ByteMedic to remove the email address you submitted to the waitlist.

As ByteMedic grows into a fuller support product, deletion requests may also cover support request details, account information, and related records that are no longer needed to provide the service.

Email robert@bytemediclabs.com with the subject line “ByteMedic deletion request.”

Include the email address you used for the waitlist so we can find the correct record. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, medical details, or other sensitive information in the request.

We will review the request, confirm the record we can find, and remove the matching waitlist entry when possible.

If we cannot find a matching record, we may reply and ask for clarification so we do not delete the wrong information.

Some limited records may need to be kept for security, abuse prevention, legal, accounting, backup, or operational reasons.

When information cannot be deleted immediately from backups or logs, we will limit active use of that information and allow it to expire through normal retention cycles where practical.

ByteMedic is still in early beta planning, so this policy may evolve as accounts, support requests, billing, or customer dashboards are added.

When the deletion process changes in a meaningful way, this page will be updated.
