Privacy Policy

Clear privacy for calmer tech help.

ByteMedic is being built to help people solve everyday technology problems with less stress. This page explains what we collect today, how we use it, and how to ask for removal from the beta waitlist.

Last updated: July 1, 2026

What we collect

Right now, ByteMedic only collects the information you choose to submit through the beta waitlist, such as your email address.

We may also store basic technical details needed to keep the site working safely, prevent spam, troubleshoot errors, and understand whether the waitlist is working.

How we use it

We use waitlist information to contact people about ByteMedic beta access, early product updates, and support workflows.

We do not sell your waitlist information.

Where it is stored

ByteMedic uses trusted infrastructure providers to run the website and store waitlist data, including Vercel for hosting and Supabase for the waitlist database.

Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to operate and improve ByteMedic.

Beta status

ByteMedic is still in early beta planning. That means the product, support flow, and privacy practices may evolve as the service becomes more complete.

When the privacy policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update this page.

Tech support, not medical care

ByteMedic helps with technology problems. ByteMedic does not provide medical advice, emergency services, legal advice, or financial advice.

If you have an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service in your area.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your waitlist email from ByteMedic records.

You can also choose not to join the waitlist or not to respond to beta invitations.
